Two-day refresher course for general practitioners (in training)
On November 5 and 6, 2026, the annual course ‘Ontwikkelingen in de Geneeskunde’ will once again take place at De Doelen in Rotterdam. The program consists of twenty lectures covering a wide range of topics. When determining the topics, the program committee is guided by current events, but it also gratefully makes use of the suggestions for topics made by participants in the previous edition.

In addition to refreshing old knowledge, new developments are highlighted. Relevance to the general practitioner is prioritized in all presentations. Experts, from Rotterdam but also from other parts of the country, will be given the opportunity to deliver their message in twenty minutes. Participants can ask questions after each presentation and engage in discussion with the speaker. Finally, meeting many colleagues is a crucial aspect of this course. A well catered lunch and drinks at the end of the first course day provide ample opportunity for this.
