Two-day continuing education for general practitioners (i.o.)
On October 30 and 31, 2025, the annual course ‘Ontwikkelingen in de Geneeskunde’ will again take place at De Doelen in Rotterdam. The program consists of about twenty lectures, covering a wide range of topics. In determining the topics, topicality is leading for the program committee, but also grateful use is made of the suggestions for topics by the participants of the previous edition.

In addition to refreshing old knowledge, new developments are highlighted. Relevance to the general practitioner is prioritized in all presentations. Experts, from Rotterdam but also from other parts of the country, will be given the opportunity to deliver their message in twenty minutes. Participants can ask questions after each presentation and engage in discussion with the speaker. Finally, meeting many colleagues is a crucial aspect of this course. A well catered lunch and drinks at the end of the first course day provide ample opportunity for this.
