Publicity and communication

A high attendance helps determine the success of your conference. Therefore, it is important that you know how to reach your target group. If desired, Het Congresbureau will draw up a communication plan and supervise the deployment of the various resources. We do this in collaboration with a number of creative partners. We can take care of the complete promotion if desired. For example, we can design promotional material (e.g. newsletters or posters) or the complete branding of your event, develop a special website, temporarily manage your social media channels and possibly provide a congress app. An announcement of your event on our website is always a possibility.
