Speaker and sponsor management

Het Congresbureau can take the entire speaker and sponsor management off your hands. We invite the speakers upon your request and act as your point of contact. In addition, we take care of all correspondence regarding hotel accommodation, arranging audiovisual equipment and other material. Should you invite international speakers to your event, we will also arrange transfers.

In addition, the realization of a conference often requires external financial support. We will be glad to help you devise sponsorship packages and/or inform potential sponsors, arrange an exposition and provide support with contracts and invoicing.
We can also advise on and assist you in grant applications.
