This ranges from finding and arranging the right location, technology and catering to selecting and making price agreements with hotels. We help organize social events, offer support in a bid procedure to bring the conference to the Netherlands, and take care of the application and processing of accreditation. We also arrange transfers for your visitors, supervise any volunteers and order conference materials. We create task lists and schedules to monitor the project progress.
