AI is the most far-reaching technological development of our time, and that includes healthcare. As a forerunner within healthcare, radiology runs into many challenging issues. Countless AI applications have been developed and are commercially available, but how do you find the right AI application for your department? What is required for successful implementation? To help you get started with all these questions, the Radiology Department of Erasmus MC is facilitating a two-day course.
In this in-depth course, we will show you how AI can be implemented and used in daily radiology practice. But is AI necessary at all? What is the added value of AI in clinical practice? From different perspectives, we will take a look at AI in radiology. The topics covered in this course will be covered per area of interest by professionals in that area so that a high-level view of the current state of affairs can be presented. In addition to clinicians and technicians highlighting the clinical and IT side, finance, ethics, legislation and liability will be covered.
